Membership
They are members of the Association at the time of the application, all individuals, adhering to these statutes require the membership card, paying the membership fee. The duration of the qualification is associated with a financial year. All members have the right to vote and stand and have equal rights in the associative life. The Association shall have the following categories of members: Founding members: those who have promoted and participated in the birth of the association of the association; Ordinary members: those who pay the membership fee, as approved by the Board of Directors and approved by Shareholders' Meeting, while adhering to these statutes; Sustaining Members: Those who have paid sums of money greater than the fee determined by the Council, or have made available to the association, without any corresponding provision of goods or services of any kind, the sole purpose of supporting the activities that it promotes, Honorary Members: Those who have outstanding achievements related to the spread of scientific knowledge in the field of allergy. membership to any of the categories of members provided for in this Statute grants: a. the right to participate in any activity membership b. the right to vote for the approval of amendments to the Statute, as well as for election to any office.
The active status can fail for the following reasons: a. for non-renewal or non-payment of dues, b. for refusal to renew by the Governing Council, c. for expulsion, where the conduct or activities of the member are in stark contrast to the principles or purposes of the present Statute. This decision shall be taken by the Board of Directors taken by a simple majority.
