The Association "Allergy Care India" is a free, non-political and non-partisan non-profit organization, established with the specific aim to: promote and encourage the creation of a network of reference centers for research on food allergies sensitize public and private institutions, government administration and local authorities on food allergies, their causes and their consequences; promote a more complete and thorough preparation of technical and scientific professionals, biologists and technicians who carry out research in the field of allergy, to promote the application of the most modern medical and biological methods applied to allergology. The organization shall promote and foster the exchange of information and collaboration with associations of scientific and charitable background pursuing common goals; promote the work of information and dissemination on research. Network with national or international organizations that propose objectives similar to those of the association. To achieve this the organization shall find or manage funds, equipment and fixed assets.
To promote and ensure adequate education of patients and their families food allergy;
To promote and encourage the creation of a network of reference centers for food allergy research;
Promote the development of information and training initiatives aimed at the food industry with the aim of increasing awareness food allergy in order to ensure safety to the sick in restaurants, cafeterias and delis, including through the creation of guides to restaurants and bars;
Promote the development of information and training initiatives targeted food industry with the aim of increasing awareness food allergy in order to ensure safety to patients through appropriate technology, which aims to prevent the contamination of production;
Encourage and promote appropriate legislation with the aim of improving the safety and quality of life of people suffering from food allergies due to the current regulatory shortcomings in food (eg legislation on the labeling of products).
Organize seminars, regional conferences, national and international in the specific field by promoting cultural exchanges between scientific researchers.
Produce scientific documentation in whatever includes third party, provided with the aim of spreading the culture allergy;
Promote and facilitate the exchange of information and collaboration with associations of scientific and charitable pursuing common goals;
Support awareness and dissemination of information on research allergy;
Raise awareness of food allergy amongst local authorities;

The association is based in New Delhi, Near Kali Mata Mandir, Ringh Road Mall, Rohini, Delhi – 110085
Bodies are: the Assembly, the Executive Council, the President, the Secretary- Treasurer, the Scientific Committee.
The Scientific Committee is the body that oversees the care and promotes the scientific activities of the association. it consists of a number of members fixed by the Governing Council who shall also appoint the Chairman and members, from among the personalities of the scientific and academic background based on their qualifications, experiences and human qualities. It shall remain in office for two years and may be re-elected. The Scientific Committee shall be convened by the President of the same as required, but at least once a year to coincide with the meeting of the Board of Directors approving the financial statements. It shall report to the Governing Council the activities and the planning of future activities. The Scientific Committee has powers of representation or administration of the association and the acceptance of appointment implies knowledge and acceptance of the Statute of the association
